Across Kent and East Sussex we typically arrive on-site within 30 minutes of your call. Exact ETA depends on where you are and the time of day, but as soon as you ring we'll give you an honest time before we set off — not a vague 'soon'. Zak operates from a central base and travels in a fully stocked van, so there's no waiting around for parts once we arrive.

Yes — genuinely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. When you call you'll always speak directly to Zak, the locksmith doing the job, not a call centre or a dispatcher who passes you on. That means accurate ETAs, accurate pricing and no surprises when someone different turns up at your door.

Almost never. We're trained in non-destructive entry techniques — picking, bypassing and manipulation — which means in the vast majority of lockouts we get you back in without any damage to your door, frame or lock. Drilling is always a last resort, only used on high-security or seized locks where non-destructive methods aren't possible, and we'll always explain why and quote the replacement before doing anything irreversible.

No. We never charge a call-out fee. The price quoted on the phone covers our travel, the assessment and the labour for the job described. The only thing added on top is the cost of any replacement lock or parts you've agreed to — and those prices are confirmed before we fit anything.
